Introduction. When studying the energy dissipation associated with internal friction in a weld, it is extremely important to choose measurement technique, since reliability and integrity of data obtained depends on it. At same time, necessary investigate change depending presence defects weld. Of variety methods for non-destructive testing joints by pressure welding, only ultrasonic currently used. However, lightly oxidized lacks welding penetration are not detected, which can be detected other accompanying Compounds dissimilar materials controlled ultrasound at all. Therefore, development such compounds very relevant. The purpose work: find procedure quality welded joint metals alloys that will quick simple alternative known testing, measuring weld sample static hysteresis loop method. method investigation control Results discussion.
